2012 Girls Basketball Tournament

The Crescent City Jaycees have been asked to co-host and coordinate the Crescent Elk Girls Basketball Tournament again this year. The dates for the Tournament are December 7th & 8th, 2012. We are planning a 5 division (AAA, AA, A, B and C), 8 teams per division, tournament.

We are changing the way that entry forms and packets are distributed.  You will *NOT* receive any fax communication from us.  We are mailing out the intro letter (see below) to the list of schools that we have in our database.  Please feel free to direct your coach to this website if you have not received a letter.  We are accepting applications for this tournament via e-mail only.  As you can see on the intro letter there will be

 If your school would like to participate, please fill out the following form and e-mail back to us.  There is a "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the form.  Follow the on-screen instructions, which will attach the file to an email and send it to us.  If you have problems with this process, please have an assistant or secretary attempt it before calling us.

UPDATE

Some of our testing has shown that, depending on the configuration of your computer, you may have problems saving or emailing the filled-out-form.  There are a couple ways to overcome these issues:

• Use a virtual PDF printer program (such as CutePDF, PrimoPDF, etc.) to "print" to a file.  Then attach the file to an email and send it to tourney@crescentcityjaycees.org
• Print the filled-out-form, scan it and email it back to tourney@crescentcityjaycees.org.
